Classes

Beginners

This class is for new Kettle-Belles and is intended to be a slow ramp up towards better fitness and peace of mind. We teach basic kettlebell lifts and inspire you to work on a lifestyle change that will have dramatic results on your life.

MWF : 8AM to 9AM TTHS : 10AM-11AM

Intermediate

This class is for Kettle-Belles who have been a regular participant of our beginners class for at least 4 weeks. The pace is quicker, and program design is a focus.

MWF : 10AM-11AM TTHS : 1PM-2PM

Advanced

This class is for advanced Kettle-Belles. If you have 6 months of regular practice, you are welcome to join in for fun and intense workout.

MWF : 1PM-2PM TTHS : 8AM to 9AM
