With a history that dates back to Russia, in the 1700's, kettlebell lifting has been popularized by Elite Military forces and athletes. The kettlebell is designed for quick paced, high repition lifting and will forge a curves in all the right places. Get an intense, muscle scupting and fat burining workout in 15 to 30 minutes.
